Individual//Family

Psychotherapy

Our trained specialists work to provide therapeutic interventions that aid with de-escalation, coping skill development/reinforcement, ADHD, ADD, depression, anxiety, disruptive behavior disorders, trauma disorders, eating disorders, and more. Working with the individual’s family we formulate a custom-tailored plan to suit the needs of each youth, whatever they may be.

Equine-Assisted/Animal-Assisted Therapy

In our equine-assisted therapy sessions, we utilize our herd of horses, a mental health specialist, and an equine specialist to encourage you to find the answers you need in order to move forward on your path.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, struggling with grief, family discord, or parenting struggles - we believe that with the power of each individual client(or group of clients), coupled with the healing power of the horses, life-changing transformation can begin.

Wilderness/Horticulture Therapy also improves and encourages mindfulness. Mindfulness can help individuals become centered, grounded, and in the moment with themselves, others, and nature.

The therapy includes 38 acres of land, winding trails through the woods, a healing garden, planting beds, and other outdoor activities. Individuals can plant their own plants, tend to their growth, and harvest them when ready.
